Hunger doesn’t wait for Sunday
There are people within walking distance of our church who will not eat today. Some are sleeping outside. Some are in recovery and one bad week away from going back.
Hope Haven Outreach exists so that the answer to that is not a sermon about compassion, but a plate of food, a conversation, and someone who comes back next week.

What people ask before they help
Who does Hope Haven Outreach serve?
Anyone who is hungry or in need. We do not screen people by faith, background or history, and nobody has to sit through anything to be fed.
Do I have to be a member of the church to volunteer?
No. If you want to help, you are welcome to come out with us. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you when and where we are going next.
What goods are most useful?
Non-perishable food, blankets, warm clothing, shoes and toiletries. If you are not sure whether something is useful, ask, the answer is usually yes.
How do I know my money reached the outreach?
Use the reference HHO when you give, and tell us on WhatsApp. We will confirm receipt and let you know what it went towards.
Can I sponsor from outside South Africa?
Yes. The ministry account accepts ZAR, USD and EUR, and there is a PayPal option. Details are on the Give page.
